I ate 130 calories. I took 7 laxatives....I weighed in at 151 still and I can't take it...I know there is stuff backed up and I want it gone now! I want to be in the 140's NOW....I'm sick of paying for eating 1500 calories. Last night I was up every hour running to the bathroom and I gained a pound. I don't even know why. It's not even like I ate a pounds worth! I think I just feel especially frustrated because I have always screwed up at 150 and I did it again. I know I will eventually get to 149 and beyond...I know it, but it's the waiting. = (
your first follower!! YAY
ReplyDeletethanks for the comment hun. Its true cause when I work 9hrs I eat nothing until after work.
Laxatives really don't help. last night I wanted to take them BUT I KNOW they give you a false sense of security.
All they do is dehydrate you making you weight less for a moment until you drink and replace the water you lose. Laxatives don't make you lose weight as all the food in your intestines have already done their job, calories have already been suck up and all your doing is emptying it.
Which is a good idea i think if your going out and want to wear a tight dress as it flattens your stomach, but the down side is that you can't drink anything as you will bloat out and alcohol is the last thing you can have as it will dehydrate you more causing damage!
I know its a long comment and that its prob not what you want to hear but its the truth.
I have been there.
Not worth it, your better of without it.
the pound gain is probably from bloating and swelling due to the laxative abuse.
good luck.
you can do it.
xx
I know the laxatives are horrible. It really is true that it's a total false sense of security. Right now I feel like an addict with them, but I've got to get unhooked because they are only screwing up my dieting more.
ReplyDeleteAnd you're wrong because that was totally what I needed to hear! = ) I need to remind myself of this fact everytime I start to use them.
Thanks so much for the vote of confidence. = )
